Sabres cannot score. Maybe MacArthur (traded for 2nd round pick) with 11 goals, Boyes (free agent) with 8, Gerbe (bought out and got nothing for him) 7 and Sekera (2nd round pick and McBain) with 6 goals might have helped. We are now well over a month into the LaFontaine/Nolan giddiness. Nothing has happened other than losing Tropp and getting D'Agostino (who btw has zero goals since his arrival). But good news: Sulzernis back so I guess that means McNabb will be sent back to Rochester so Weber (-16) and Scott can continue to "compete" at a highly putrid level. We NEED A GM NOW.

Oops. Forgot about Derek Roy who got two more assists last night to give him 8 goals and 16 assists this year. But we are so much better off with Steve Ott (-15 and seven points). I realize these were all Darcy choices but it just shows how much a good GM is needed.
