Another one of my rants...

They are just terrible.  Rex is a loud mouthed ignorant bully.  He reminds me of Biff in the Back to the Future episodes.  Greg Roman is also an idiot.  How many times has he gone "Jumbo Package" on 3rd or 4th and short and been stopped? These two are right out of the Dinosaur age: "run and stop the run" worked in the 80's, not anymore.  

It's a shame that the Pegulas didn't learn from the Sabres fiasco.  There is a reason that most new owners (or new GMs) clean house when they get a team.  Too many people at One Bills Drive who need the status quo to justify their position.  From Brandon who hired Whaley to Whaley who drafted EJ and Traded up for Sammy and spent $40M on a running back (Gillessie sure looks good for league minimum) and spent $40M/year on a DLine that can't stop anyone to Rex who dumped Schwartz and his D and brought in an offensive Coordinator who still thinks that you win in this league by running the ball.

It's a shell game and we are the pawns who play it.  They need to get an outsider in fast to rectify this sinking ship before it's too late.  Lose the last two and get a better draft pick at this point. Cut Mario and trade Shady.  Sign Gilmour and look for a trade for Matt Ryan (you cannot give up too much for him.  I'd trade anything Atlanta wants for him).  Get a true #2 wide receiver who doesn't continually drop balls.  Draft a stud offensive lineman or two to protect our QB and to allow Karlos Williams and Gillessie to be successful. Be a real NFL team for the first time in almost two decades.
